De Paul Higher secondary school, Nazareth Hill is managed by St. Joseph province of the Vincentian Congregation. The power house of the school is its faculty team. De Paul has a team of 38 well-experienced and dedicated staff ready to attend to the needs of each and every student.

All our teachers are trained, experienced and highly qualified. De Paul faculty team comprises of Post Graduate teachers, Trained Graduate teachers, Nursery Teachers and teachers specially equipped to train in various extra-curricular activities. The teachers at De Paul look after the intellectual, physical and moral well-being of each and every student. The selfless service of the Non-teaching staff and vehicle crew also help the smooth functioning of the school. De Paul Schools Nazareth Hill comes under the local Vincentian Ashram consisting of 5 priests.
